Information related to this website
When you contact us, we process details you choose to provide, such as name, email, phone number and your enquiry. Technical operation may generate access and security logs, including IP address, access time and browser information. This corporate version does not include account registration or card payments.
Purposes and basis for processing
We use correspondence to respond, explore a potential collaboration and prepare a contract where requested. Website operation and security relate to our legitimate interest in providing and protecting the site. We meet legal obligations where applicable. Optional processing requiring consent will be activated only after that consent is obtained.
Cookies and language preference
We store only your language choice in your browser, using the localStorage key lli-v2-language. You can remove it in your browser settings. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. Fonts and graphics are served from our own infrastructure. Email links open your email application; this website does not provide a message submission form.
Access and service providers
Access is limited to authorised people and technical providers needed for hosting, email and security. The website is hosted on Google Cloud in Zurich, Switzerland, behind a Pointer reverse proxy in Greece. Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision. Incoming email is routed through mail.lli.gr. We do not sell personal data. Any other transfers outside the EEA are subject to appropriate lawful safeguards.
Retention and protection
Routine access logs are rotated and retained for up to 60 days. Records needed to investigate a security incident may be kept for the investigation or relevant legal claims. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable contractual or legal obligations. We restrict access and use HTTPS for secure transmission. Your language preference stays in your browser until you remove it.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law and its conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn where it is the basis of processing. Requests are generally free of charge at company@lli.gr and handled within GDPR deadlines, normally one month. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority, such as the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr.
Links and changes
External sites, including qiq.one, provide their own privacy information. A link does not automatically share the contents of your correspondence with them. When website operation or data processing changes, the policy will be updated with the relevant date.
